Service Description
Whether its your first marathon or a couch to 5k, our full 12 Week Run Plan will give you everything you need to achieve your goals. Your first session will include a comprehensive Run MOT to get analysis on your running form. Paired with 12 weekly guided sessions, a personalised run plan, strength workouts to complete at home and complete nutrition advice. Each week we will discuss and adjust where needed to get you totally confident for the big day!
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time without charge so long as you do so 24 hours or more before the date and time of the Personal Training session, or Online Challenge you have booked. For Bootcamp, or any block bookings including Cardio Boxing & Pilates - you can only cancel if it is 24 hours before the start of the week one session. No sessions can be rolled over from 6 Week Block Bookings.
