A gentle introduction to Pilates style workouts. Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time without charge so long as you do so 24 hours or more before the date and time of the Personal Training session, or Online Challenge you have booked. For Bootcamp, or any block bookings including Cardio Boxing & Pilates - you can only cancel if it is 24 hours before the start of the week one session. No sessions can be rolled over from 6 Week Block Bookings.
